At Harbor Lane Leather, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at contact@jmharborlane.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@jmharborlane.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jmharborlane.com. Include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
