Shipping Policy

At Harbor Lane Leather, we want your handcrafted leather goods to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping options and policies.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 — 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: $24.99 — 2-3 business days
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $200

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations in the future. Please check back for updates.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for express shipping orders. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times than the estimates listed above.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@jmharborlane.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
